Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits operates a winery with its state-of-the-art production facility in Niagaraon-the-Lake, which is one of the largest wine making facilities in Ontario. The wine making facility was recently expanded and now has the capacity to accommodate growth and produce up to 5 million litres annually. The winery sources grapes from specially chosen and carefully managed vineyards in our family of 25 grape grower partners within Niagara. The crop is harvested and processed each fall and the wine is aged and then bottled and shipped to customers.
